Complaint Details
We had issue with Eureka water purifier and raised a complaint (0110918987) on 6-Oct-2020. We are on AMC paid 30-May-2020.
We had been doing a follow-up and a person visited on 8-Oct-2020 and informed that he needs to replace a part which is not working. We were told he does not have that part and will come the next day.
After escalation the ticket number we have been informed was 2018243352.
Whenever we call they say that we have escalated the issue.
We have written an email complaint on Friday as well quoting all the details. We immediately got two calls saying we will attend immediately. Nothing has been done so far.
I have been taking risk of going out to get water bubbles during this pandemic.
Out of frustration I am writing to you.
I have all the recordings i had with customer support.
