Complaint Details
We purchased a 6 seater premium sofa from the seller which was supposed to be a heavy duty full teak wood frame, the seats were supposed to be 75% density to be long life. When we received the sofa, it got damaged in few weeks. One of the wood was broken, leg was chipped, belt under the seat was broken. The over all Quality is not as expected.
