Complaint Details
I order a combo product of Charcoal Facewash and Charcoal Peel-off Mask from this company and I received one wrong product instead of Charcoal Peel-off Mask I received De-tan facewash for which I emailed the company on the same day I got the delivery i.e. 13th October and not it has been nearly 14 days and I didn't receive my actual product. Each day I am following up with the company support and they are just lying to me that you will receive the product in 2days which never came. I again contacted them they told your address is incorrect in our database please resend your address I did the same and they told once we will dispatch your product we will send the tracking code which was on 23rd October 2020 now today its 27th October but still, I didn't receive the product and no proper support is being provided from their end. I request you to kindly do the needful so they don't do the same with others as well. Thanking you. I have attached the product receipt, product image, and email thread which I have been following up with the company.
