Dear Easemytrip & Air India Authority
I have Booked Flight Ticket on 15th Dec 2019 for Travel Date 2nd May 2020 , PNR YSWWC and Easy my Trip ID : EMT67689189 but due to Pandemic Air India Flight was Cancelled and while Yesterday night i Tried to Reschedule my Flight from Same Sector , Same Passenger it has shown Fare Difference 2248 Excess Fare and during the Payment Page it has added the Rescheduling Charges almost 11780
I am very much shocked and surprised that when Government People are unable to Travel than why Air India is Charging Rescheduling Charges while as per the Guideline till One Year Rescheduling Charges will be Waived Off , Kindly Look in to this matter Looking forward your Prompt Action Regarding
I have to go to Ahmedabad to Delhi on 12th November Night
