We have booked International travel ticket from Paris-Delhi-Mumbai ticket via for AirIndia via makemytrip portal. Our Booking details are as follows: MMT Booking ID: MMT Booking ID - IN1B1576941323636 Air India PNR No.:YSJ0W Travel Sector & Date: Paris to Delhi - AI142 on 9th May 2020 Travel Sector & Date: Delhi to Mumbai - AI317 on 10th May 2020 Money paid to MMT: INR 78269 No. of Passenger: 3 Nos. (2 adult & 1 Kid {11 years old}) Air India Compliant Case ID: 02020302 dated 7th May 2020 Due to Covid-19 situation, all flights were canceled. We raised the request for refund to Makemytrip portal & Air India, which was refused by both the companies. We were asked to reschedule our travel date on or before December 2020 & no other refund option was given. It was our first international Holiday travel and 1st time traveler it takes lots planning months in advance related plan, money, routes, accommodation etc. Being from the middle-class family, we are not sure that we will be flying again due to 1) financial conditions 2) Covid situation in near future. We request you to help us with the refund of INR 78269 from Air India & MMT portal both. We are suffering from financial stress due to all business are suffering due to covid situation.
