i have already made payment of arrears in 2016, after that i received normal bill, but in november 2019, i received arrears for previous years, i have made all the payments till november 2019.. now they r again asking arrears to be paid which was paid in 2016.now they are harassing senior citixens for payment and cutting the electricity.
