Complaint Details
Order for women shoes was placed on 26 Oct and received on 5th Nov. 6th we called to inform siddhant of exchange and he was reluctant saying that he will have to bear losses for courier and transportation for exchange. After that he stopped receiving calls and responding to return request. Hence this complaint. A #ATMANIRBHAR INITIATIVE TARNISHING INDIAS IMAGE FOR PETTY HUNDREDS & NOT GENUINE BEHAVIOUR. ORDER NOT AS PER OUR REQUIREMENT & USAGE.
