Having been a customer with this company for more that 1.5 years have had continuous issues with the service .Every month on an average to 4 to 6 days there is no internet. The customer care number do not pick calls , whatspp support have erratic Reponses and even after contacting senior people in the company there has been no response .I have done a estimation of 91 days of 3 months of no service and have asked the company to provide me for internet service that I have paid for but have not been provided and request Consumer counsel to help in the same.
