Complaint Details
This is to inform that Mr. Jagdish of Fyn Gym has received my membership fees of Rs. 16000 (annual plus personal training) on March 11, 2020 effective from March 16, 2020. On March 24, 2020 a nationwide lockdown was announced. I emailed Mr Jagdish about the refund of my fees as I could not avail services. To this he assured that he will consider my membership from the day his gym will reopen. On November 13, 2020, I informed him about his email reply dated May 22, 2020. He completely denied refunding me the amount or extending my membership. Infact he provided some MAHAFIT circular saying that no membership will be extended even if the fees are paid. This is against the Consumer laws. I hereby request you to please look into the matter and provide me either refund or extension of my complete membership along with Personal Training.
