Complaint Details
This is related to an online shopping fraud that I went through.

I placed my order on December 23rd 2019 with Pakistani_libas for a dress with payment in full in advance
The seller kept on making excuses for around 10 months and when finally the product was shipped, it was not what I ordered i received different product and different color

Now, when I contact the seller pakistani_libas, she refuses to acknowledge the mistake and instead has blocked me on instagram

Need your help in registering a complain against the seller for online shopping fraud.
I am also attaching proofs of my conversation with her
