I had made a booking in the month of Feb 2020 for April and due to Covid-19 I couldn't travel and postponed it for Oct and later on in the month of Sep 2020 I had requested them to cancel the booking as currently situation doesn't prefer to travel as well as no flights started hence on a mutual understanding agreed for a refund amount of Rs 28000/- though I had paid Rs 35000. But till date refund not processed when ever I enquire about the same they either don't respond or delayed response or last time even provided a fake NEFT reference no stating they had processed refund and when I cross checked same with concerned bank they had confirmed the mentioned NEFT is invalid. They are trying to make me a fool by taking my money. Kindly do the needful to get my refund amount back.
