I have been a long existing customer of Vodafone postpaid - but to my disappointment every year I catch vodafone with some or other faulty behaviour in the billing
I had opted for Family plan early in 2019 with following details:
Primary number: 9769078107 (399 plan)
Secondary number: 9833601341 (199 plan)
The final family bill with this plan was 598+GST
However, this continued as is only till May 2019, post which my bills have been amounted to no less than 800-900 per month
It is only now when I have thoroughly started checking your bills lately that I realized this major blunder - now I would like to know without my consent or any written communication to vodafone how did the plan swap?
I have spoken to the customer care team, also with Mr. Nitish from appellate authority already on this, but they do not have any justified replies to my queries nor do they take the effort to promptly respond
I request immediate intervention on this matter
