Complaint Details
Zoom car is a self drive car rental company. We had booked a car in September and as the policy of zoom car we had to get refund of all the fuel cost we had added. Its already been 2 months and all they say is please wait for a week and blah blah. Their own policy states that any refund will be initiated withing 30 days. Its already been 72 days and no reply from them. And there are many others who have not got refund from Zoom car.
