Hi sir,

I request you to take some action against Zoomcar india as there are 'n' number of customers, including me.Our refund amount are not yet credited back even after 30days as per Zoom Car rubbish policy.

I had made 3 bookings during below time periods and this much refund is pending from zoomcar end.

1. 24th Oct (Rs 2164)
2. 26th Oct (Rs 1893)
3. 7th Nov (Rs 2951)
While checking with the team via mail there is no response as they are telling the email Id not found.
And we have no options to contact customer care support unless we have an upcoming booking scheduled.
Finally I tweeted them and they are again asking for 2,3weeks.also I found
Multiple complaints/tweets regarding cash not refunded as I got to know it's not only affected me,a large amount of customers are being cheated by this company and no actions taken against them to get back our money.

Kindly look into this and help me and other get back our hard earned money.
