Complaint Details
I took Zoomcar and paid 3000 rupees as security. This money they have to refund after trip is over within 30 days. Trip was ended on 7th October{today is 27th November}, still no refund. I have been asking for refund, but these guys are not refunding, nor their customer care respond. Along with me, there are many other people asking for refund as well. Please help
