I made a car booking on ZoomCar App with above booking id on 24.10.2020 and paid security deposit amount of Rs 2999/-. My booking was ended on 24.10.2020 but till date (28.11.2020) i haven't received my security deposit amount as refund. I checked ZoomCar twitter account and noticed many customers are complaining the same issue. There is no proper response from the company. Zoomcar Company is seems to be indifferent to the problems faced by the customers. Kindly take strict action against ZoomCar Services company for processing of refunds in time and also arrange to process my refund amount
