Complaint Details
This has reference to my cancelled zoomcar Booking for Booking ID # JPS6ND0MX.
It has been around 60-Long-Days, since my Booking has been cancelled, but I have not yet received the Refund of my Booking Amount of Rs. 14744/-.
Despite of repeated and regular reminders, There is no word from your side in reply.
Please do not involve in such practices which will spoil the Hard-Earned Name of the Company.
