Complaint Details
I booked a trip with Zoomcar and it was completed on 28 September 2020. As per their policy refund will be credited into account with 30 working days. And as per today even after completion of given timeframe almost more than 20 days are gone but still I have not received any refund. No one is responding on customer care number, not replying on e-mails and just same replies coming on Twitter whenever we ask for any update. Please help us in this regards. My trip ID is JPS6ND0DE
