This complaint regarding zoom car company we have booked the zoom car on sept 2020 we have selected the car with fuel where as they didn't provide the car with fuel where as we had to purchase the fuel for car and when we return the car they were supposed to refund our petrol amount which is pending from there end after taking so many follow ups these people are not responding even though customer care are also not supportive hence it's req you to take this complaint on a very serious note and provide us help like me there are so many people whom refunds are pending kindly take the strict action against @zoomcar and help us to get the refund asap .pl do the needful expecting positive response
