Complaint Details
I made the booking with zoomcar registered mobile number -9479536302 E-mail Id - rishabhvermacs@gmail.com Booking Id- JPS6NDPGN including with fuel in august for the dates 26 september to 30 September 4 days 7 hours . Total refund pending from zoomcar is 8072Rs here is the summary below - Total amount paid - 16887 in which 2999 rs security deposit which is refundable. A day before of department there is some mechanical failure on booked car CRETA hence they have asked to downgrade to another Car also informed there will be refund of downgrade charges as well 2073 Rs. We have completed the booking and handed over the car on the promised time also uploaded the images of fuel receipt for fuel reimbursement 3000 Rs . Since 1st October I'm trying to reach zoomcar service for support using contact us option in app dropped 100s of mail and callback request till now there is no response and update sent to me in app it shows refund pending 8072 Rs but not processed till now as per their policy there is 30 working day refund timeline which is passed as well .
