Complaint Details
Hi Team,
I made a booking with Zoomcar on Feb 13, for services to be availed on Apr 14 2020.
However, Zoomcar cancelled the booking unilaterally.
Based on their email, the amount should have reflected in my account by Wed, 1 Apr 21:05.
All email communication is attached here. Please assist with the next steps that can be taken from a legal standpoint.
