Service standard of Libra Honda, Dhanbad is terrible, pathetic and beyond acceptance. Branch Service Manager is absolutely least bothered about it. He was giving damn care of customer. No-one was bothered to attend the customer when car was taken to service centre. Customer is clueless who to contact. I was cluelessly waiting for 10-15 minutes to find out a person who will attend me.
After car was handed over the Floor Executive describing the problems in the car.
While handling over the car, assuming car has been fully serviced, i noticed that upholstery of car was dirty, dashboard was full of pungent smell, black spots were not removed, Door leads was left lose, foot mats not cleaned,
Even after paying Rs.10500.00 to the service centre, I am not happy with their service standard. Since 2017 (last service i did with this show room) servicing is poor. Perhaps, non trained staff has been engaged, carelessness is of routine nature, cost of spare part were not told properly, customer was not allowed go the bodyshop or service centre to see whether the car parts are required to be changed or not. Cost of spare parts are phenomenally high. Car was not washed property, body was in shabby condition, dust was visible. No polishing was done.
It is such a pain to service the car in this service station.
Last but not the least, Branch Manager was giving due to attention to only those who are known to him or perhaps he was not bothered about car or other states.
Overall.. IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE TO SERVICE THE CAR IN LIBRA HONDA, DHANBAD..SERVICE STANDARD ARE ABSOLUTELY POOR SINCE 2017.
I dont know whether suitable action will be taken to my complaint or not but one thing is for sure... I shall not buy Honda product in future and will recommend others not to BUY HONDA cars at least from this SHOWROOM.
