We paid ₹1000 for a connection. Your company could not provide service. You people are also not refunding the money in spite of our so many complaints.

Finally, we have no option left. We will defame your fraud Tricona. We will make it viral in social media and go to the consumers court. (Please see the attachments for your clear understanding of the complaint.)
