Complaint Details
I had visited the website of OUTLOOK TRAVELLER magazine and ordered three books on 20/08/2021. I had paid INR 591/- for the above via Netbanking. Order was successfully placed. But I have neither received the books nor received any acknowledgement of my purchase invoice. I tried to contact the customer care number but there was no response from their side. Hence, I kindly request you to provide me a fair solution.
