Hello, the company is cheating people in my area by distributing leaflets of their plans and for subscribing the same. I got a leaflet in my mail at home, so i decided to take a internet connection. i called up the concerned person naveen and he reported to me immediately the same day. he offered me the plan and i accepted by giving him a cheque (no. 393652, sbi) of Rs 1450. He promised for a installation on the same day i.e. 30-11-2013, but till now they havent delivered me the service. When i am calling them, they are not lifting the call, today they say that the service is not available in our area and i need to visit their office at somajiguda (17 km away from my residence) to ask for the refund. and if they are satisfied they may dispatch a cheque wihhin 15 days of request. This is a clear case of cheating and misleading advertisement. asking money and not delivering the service and cheating people.
