purchased new karbon mobile from reliance store dt. 28/7/2013 with 1 yr warranty. but it stop working on dt.10/10/2013 & we submitted to service center on same day as per reliance instruction. till now i have not recived my mobile since 2 months. its mental torture & harassment. both co. not cooperating. attached purchase bill & service receipt.plz help urgt.
