I recharged my reliance gsm number for 123 bucks. I should supposed to get 1GB 3G data as per their advertisement/Offer. But instead of that when i got recharge confirmation message it displayed 400 MB data usage for 123 rupees.
After recharge i called Reliance customer Care(*333) where their system still says offer of 123 rupees for 1GB 3G data. Please find the attachment of that recording along with this email.

Then i called reliance customer care executive for amount refund who says neither amount will be refunded nor 1GB data you will get at this amount .
I felt like cheated .This is not the first time i am facing issues with reliance services. I am really pissed off with their services.
After that i wrote email to reliance customer care but instead of solving my issue/problem they are explaining something crap which is extremely terrible.
Again when i did follow up with them they stop responding my emails after that.
Here my concern is not 123 buck but the way they cheated is a pure white lie and they are not at all accepting it.
Kindly help me out and take some strict action against them.
