Complaint Details
I purchased Toyota Etios Liva on 08/03/2013. It has run about 3000 Kms. so far.
The clutch plates of this new car were burnt on 20/11/2013. Instead of looking into the reason for burning of clutche plates of a new car, the company is blaming the driver for this. I drive my car myself and has 30 years of experience. I have never given this new car to any other person/driver. I had also not experienced such incidence of burning of clutch plates of my previous cars. I feel that there is a mechanical defect in
this car. The company should look into this.
