Dear Team,
Im Kiran, I'm using docomo prepaid service since from years, it's very bad to say that they are running a bull shit business, I'm having internet data remaining but regardless of that my balance got deducted for using internet nd when I take pain nd call docomo customer care they don't care nd disconnect my call.This is real bad experience for me.Team I want you guys to take it very serious as this may repeat for others.
