Dear Sir/Madam,
My wife (Swati A Kasla) was operated at Shree Sai hospital (kandivali - Mumbai) for ovarian simple cyst and also TL (Tubal ligation) was done at the same time, however hospital did not mention TL on the discharge card. Both the surgeries were carried out in the hospital under Cashless claim, so the hospital did not mention TL on hospital discharge card because as per hospital if they do so then the claim will not be passed by insurance company.

After two months of above surgery when my wife did not get her regular menses, we approached the hospital and after doing a normal urine test, hospital advised us everything is alright and she will get her menses soon. After waiting for some more weeks, we approached another doctor and after few test it was known to us that she was pregnant by 3 and half months pregnant.
It was also advised to us that the doctor at Shree Sai hospital, who did the cyst surgery & TL did not even bother to check that my wife was pregnant at the time of surgery. I already had 02 children and it was difficult for me to take care of 3rd child but have no option. If something happens to my wife or foetus, whom should i hold responsible?

Now recently when we did a HSG it was found that one of the fallopian tubes was open (reports attached). This is a pure case of medical negligence.

Please help me to fight against the hospital and the doctor who is just looking for money and nothing else.
