On 8th of nov. I had call from HDFC Ergo for a policy, for which first i accepted to get the policy & let the amount to deducted from my HDFC credit Card,
Then i realize that they are not giving an correct information.

Hence I called HDFC Credit Card Customer care on 1or 2 december and requested that they should not debit any amount for HDFC Ergo from my credit card, And with same request the representative ensured me that, HDFC Credit card will not debit any amount.

But on 4th of Dec. they unauthorizedly debited 3167 rupees + @338 rupees as a other charges related to 3167 rupees.

I requested them on 5th of dec. that, due to low balance i will not be able use my credit card, which will affect in loss of some amount for me.
So either refund all amount or Deposit same amount on my credit card until the debited amount will refunded on credit card account, at that time their representative told me that within 2 days they will refund the amount, till thae date amount is not refunded.
