purchased a samsung s4 zoom from ssk retail at inorbit malad, tele no 022-67257630 on 30th november 2013.
from day 1 the real time clock is not functioning properly, as a result the clock runs slow .
was directed to samsung service centre.
approached samsung service centre, mobile technology, kamalacharan bldg,goregaon west tele no 022-28760912, on 3rd dec 2013, billno 4164573019.
DOA issue.
as yet no response from samsung, service center they say, have sent email for approval to higher authorities of samsung , no response yet from higher authorities.
have talked with samsung service centre toll free 180030008282/18002668282 ; three times,
please help me or arrange for refund
