I booked 6 packages from Great India travels but when i started calling them for the bookings and mailing them they never use to respond. every time they use to make a new promise. i have spoken to various people in the company and also send a written legal letter but they never responded. When sort a legal opinion and personally went to there office i could not find the office at the address they mentioned in their vouchers and communication. tried my luck for 6-7 months but could not do anything. No body takes the call and infact last time a person started abusing over the phone.
