Complaint Details
I Bought Iberry Nuclea N1 in Aug. On Oct 29 the phone developed some issues and hence I submitted the phone to the local Authorised service centre Yash Mobile in Bhandup Dreams mall. The phone was returned to the ASC in 15 days stating that its repaired. I went to take the delivery of the phone but it was in the same state as submitted on 29th Oct. I again resubmitted the phone, again the same thing, this happened for 3 times. Today is 10he Dec and I have still not received the phone in working condition. Kindly help me at the earliest.
