I booked FTTH connection on Oct 31 2012 at the Mulund Exchange with an assusrance that the connection will be given within 45 days. Its now more 13 months but no connection. I even asked for refund but MTNL is not even providing me that. I am really unhappy and would require your help to get the connection asap. I have contacted many times to top authorities in MTNL to no avail. I have attached the email conversations and followup for your reference.
