i have purchased this laptop on 13 jan 2013 also i extended the warranty from 2013 to 2016 ...
but in very 1st year i had faced lot of problems regarding this laptop
following are the complaint no. against my complain


The problems i had faced like this



1st order no. 7005282152 (keypad replaced) at present a have lost the invoice certificate of 1st order no. i contacted to the service centre for the invoice report but they told to me they destroyed all the invoice 2 month's before invoices.... i also contact to customer care they also saying the same but they guide to me that i can tell registered order no. to u (lencare)so u can verify .........

above 2 i am attaching the invoice report with this mail .....

2nd order no. 7005713298( battery replaced ,c-link replaced ,d-link replaced)

3rd order no...7005758370(detect prob in motherboard )

4rth order no....7005793191 (whole motherboard replaced but prob is same as it is )

5th order no.....7005805759 (replace lcd cable and lcd and prob is still same and for next they demand for processor WTF is this knowledge less persons )

respected sir can u imagine how much probs i am facing financial and personal also.... Now again battery issue
I am not wanting more to own this laptop pls do some thing ...

if your engineer is not able to find the prob in my laptop why you are paying to them .......

its 9 months been i have own this laptop and u can see how much probls i had faced...

i purchased this laptop bcz of ur company's name and service but u have not done or prove to me ...

this mail is last option to me to telling pls do something to change my this peice with new one .......................

and at last i am again telling u here ur engineers are uneducated and knowledge less persons u have appointed ...
