Had called croma regarding my samsung LCD service issue which is not working (dead) and which is under warranty period (extended warranty) also had called croma becuase i had lost my bill and needed a duplicate bill (which they sent me thru email) and they only sent the technician for the service problem... Details... called croma on 9th Nov 2013 Technician visited on 10th Nov 2013 took out the power supply part n took away came back on 22nd Nov 2013 took away some another part and told that will be comming when the part is avaliable Then on 30th Nov 2013 i called the customer care regarding the status of the complaint when will will the technician come and replace the faulty part then too the customer care giving me excuses "sorry sir sorry for the delay and you will be gettin a call from croma" then i had been given a complaint number "SR30111300217" Then i called again on 3rd Dec 2013 "the customer care then says that your case is put for priority and will get a call frm croma" but till now no one has called Today "5th Nov 2013" i called the customer service again and they giving lame excuses again sorry sir u need to call to the extended warranty number and all" i am fed up with this excuses need you guys to help me out of this trauma if in warrant period this is the issue god knows what after warranty gets over
