Complaint Details
We had given Honda Activa for servicing on 19 Nov 2013 with AMC in Kalyan Nagar. After the servicing fuel indicator was not working.
Taken vehicle to service center on 07 Dec 2013. They checked said that some problem with wiring and will repair and give. after waiting around one hour still repair was not done.
Mr Aravind, supervisor, told to come some other day. Not sure what they done, now horn is also not working(which we observed after coming home).
First of all they made to wait for more than one hour and after than sent back and asked to come some other day. If that was the case why they made to wait for so long?
Very very horrible customer service. Very disappointing.
