PROOF OF PURCHASE IS ATTACHED.
I bought a lenovo z500 laptop on 28th October 2013 during the diwali
offer period. The dealer registered me the same day and said i was
supposed to receive an email within some days with a ticket ID . But
when i didnt receive the email or voucher after waiting for about 1-2
week i was told by the dealer to send mail on their registration
website. I sent emails to both registration@lenovodiwali.com as well
as to the offer department. About 3-5 e-mails were sent by me to them
but i didnt receive any reponse from their side until a week and a
half. When i got the reponse they asked me for my ID proof and i sent
it ASAP. After that i even got a call from them asking me the offer
which i wanted to avail and my id proof. I told them that i wanted to
avail the do-store offer and that i had sent them the ID proof. After
that there was no reply from them. But just today i get any email
stating they dont have my serial no. In their database and i have not
registered in time.
I have called their contact no. too but its always busy.And also why would have they called me for my id proof and
offer i wanted as they already had my serial no. And they couldve told
me that very time that i didnt register in time.I have the proof of my
purchase on 28 October 2013 as an invoice from the dealers , Eline
Computers , Shimla, H.P. and you can ask the dealers as well if I
bought it. Such mistreatment isnt expected from a company like yours.
I need quick assistance .
