Dear sirs. i have taken broadband connection from the above provider for 3 months. while taking the connection they said it would be uninterrupted service with full speed. but the very next day of my subscription i've started facing problems. everyday i have to call them as it never worked without me calling. its been a month i took the connection, but net worked hardly for 10 days, that to after me called them. everytime i called them, they came up with different reasons. if i call them to find out the what thw problem is. they promise callback which i nevwr received. due to all the inconvenience i couldn't apply for my jobs on timely manner. i was disqualified due to not submitting my resume on time. this cause me lot of stress and makes me feel that im a complete failure. its so distressful that u dont get the service for what u paid. so pls look into this and save others so they dont suffer like me.
