I PURCHASE A TABLET UBI SLATE7+ AGAINST ADVANCE PAYMENT. AFTER 4.5 MONTHS I RECD PCS AGAINST INV. DATE 01.08.2013 AFTER FIRST COMPLAIN THEY SEND A LINK ON 16.08.12 BUT PROBLEM NOT SOLVED AFTER LONG COMPLAIN ON PHONE THEY AGREE TO REPAIR THE PCS SO I SEND THE DEVICE ON 08.05.13 AFTER 3.5 MONTHS ON 29.08.13 THEY SEND THE PCS WITHOUT RESOLVE , I AGAIN CONTACT DATAWIND AND AFTER LONG EXERCISE THEY READY TO PICKUP THE DEVICE ON 29.09.13 AND AFTER THAT APPX 1.5MONTHS THEY SEND THE DEVICE AS IT IS WITHOUT RESOLVE THE ISSUE THEN AFTER THAT THEY TOLD AFTER 1YEAR WE CAN NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE WE DO ONLY PAID SERVICE . WHAT I CAN DO BECAUSE ALMOST 5MONTHS WE NOT USE THE DEVICE AT MY END,THEY CANNOT GIVEN ANY PROPER REPLY.THEY ASK FOR VIDEO AND THAN THEY PASS EVERY THINGS ON CONSUMER SUCH AS YOU NOT USE PROPERLY ETC.THEY ARE NOT READY TO LISTEN OUR VIEW AND AFTER MANY TALK THEY GIVEN A REPLY WHICH WAS ATTACHED HERE.
