Complaint Details
I had ordered an Aakash tablet costing Rs. 2999 in Feb 2012 but did not get any product and on 30 November 2013 i received a call confirming my order for a different Tablet at a higher price. I agreed to receive the item but after receipt of the item, i followed the instruction s but the item was not working at all, i had written to the company seeking help, they advised me to charge and try on charging and resetting the device which i tried without success. i had written again and again and they kept on giving me the same standard reply asking the same details andto charge the tablet again and agian. It seems that they do not want to replace the defective unit but are rather trying to waste my time .
