Complaint Details
We have renewed the AMC contract for Eureka Forbes (Contract receipt No. 22057315 dated 25.08.2013). On December 2 , 2013 we had registered a complaint for the non functioning of the switch for Aqua Sure water purifier. The technician came and said that the circuit had to be changed and the valve needed replacement. Since then no technician has come and the water purifier has not been serviced.
Moreover the machine was opened and was it is lying in the same condition with as of today after 2 weeks. A photo for the same has been attached herewith. ON calling the Technician (Mr. Ashokbhai Patel) he said that we should again lodge a complaint as the parts were not available.
We lodged a complaint and there was no response yet for another 10 days. on 11.12.2013 we again complaint online (complaint reg no. 919CD35476) @ 23:28. But no response.
Again on 12.12.2013,(I talked to Mr. Vivek); we called the helpline number (Complaint reg no. 89087496) as was promised that the servicing will be done by 14:00 hrs. Again No Response.
I again called up on 13.12. 2013 and talked @ 13:42 on the helpline and the person mentioned that one of his senior (Mr. Vinayak or Mr. Sriram) will call back in 10 minutes and discuss the issue to resolve it. No response till now.
I again called back today at 19:11 and mentioned the issue on the helpline number. I was again told that some senior person will be talking to e and i need to hold the phone. Again the phone was disconnected and no one called back. No Response.
Since the last two weeks we have spent over Rs.1500/- on buying the water. this is more than the amount paid for the AMC for Eureka Forbes (Rs. 1375/-).
Since Eureka Forbes is not showing any interest in the servicing of the water purifier, we have forwarded a complaint to the consumer complaint redressal.
