I Dr. vaibhav Patil had purched micromax canvas doodle A 111 white phone on 16/06/2013 from Paragon telilinks private limited shop at ghodbunder road,thane.



My phones battery getting dry up completly withing 15 min after charging. Regarding this problem i visited ur service centre at internity maill, thane on 10/12/13. Without properly examine Service centre person told me he can`t replace my battery. I failed to understand why u won`t replace my battery which is in warrenty period and which is not damage physicaly.



I not geeting any responce from the service centre , Paragon shop & micromax companuy .Battery is not vailable for sale . The handset is without battery is usless.
