I order a puma shoe from 100bestbuy website on 16th and I got a call on 18th saying you don't have that in stock. So I requested a refund for the same. I have been calling customer care since then to get the refund and no one is bothered to listen to me. Finally one day they said they will refund and they gave me credit points. which I don't want I really don't want any points into my account as I don't want to buy anything from their website. I have called many times but they are not ready to listen to me and they hang up when I ask for supervisor, and they are bluntly saying you buy a product from our website of forget the money as that will not be refunded.
