Nokia Lumia white 820 has brought to Nokia care centre" IK service Centre on 4 Dec.2013. They kept the phone and ask to come back within 2 Hrs with providing Customer Information Slip. then they kept me come after 2 days, then 3 days and so on. But they never gave my any complaint no. or Jobsheet even by asking them over again and again. then on 10 Dec.2013 i visited again but came to know they have packed up from the location on 9th Dec.2013 and shop has been vacant with any prior information. Given phone no.s are not working. no one confirmed for the phone query. Other Sevice centre at BMC chowk and Shop keeper "Mobile House" have no information about it as i told to me. and confirmed that they are no responsible for any losses and could not offer help. Now i dont know where is my phone? Nokia customer care is keep asking me to not to repost anywhere, and i'll got my phone in 2 days. Even today on 16Dec. 2013 ther telling to wait further for 24 hrs. From last 13 days i have been harassed for running here and there.
