Complaint Details
I got a call from Ms. Geet Mehta (Ph. No: +911 203879700) from Reliance call center for personal loan against insurance with 0% interest. Since I was in need of money, I shown interest for 4Lac rupees. So she gave another two of her mobile no. to contact further for any details 8285526209, 8285839768 & told to submit required documents to one of her broker to process it.
On 25/10/13 broker called Mr. Raju P. came to home took all my documents like-pan card, rental aggrement, photo, one 20K cheque & one blank cheque to process ECS.
And on 31/10/13 I received a bond-Reliance Life Insurance policy documents with following details
Agent/broker Mr. Shridhar, Agent code-21368593, Contract/policy no: 51296184. Client ID:86888560,
Witness Mr. Raju P. Mob: 9984526819.
After this I didn't get any calls or loan amount till date, hence I tried to call Ms. Geet Mehta on given mobile no's but she is not answering the calls now.
I also booked complaint with Reliance Life Insurance too.
I request now you to please help & cancel my policy & return the 20K money back.
