i am a student pursuing my studies. i joined a part time job to fetch my fees. here is the company's website http://onlinesmsjob2233.hpage.com/ i joined in sms sending job. they have provided that they will pay rs 3 per sms sent and that registration fees 650 is refundable and its weekly payment basis. i dis my job without any mistake and sent them job report daily. i attended all the calls and mails. 16/12/2013 was payment date i called them since i didn't receive any payment. then they sent me payment structure that only if we refer people we will get payment. this was not mentioned by them while joining and nor it is specified in website. it is given in website that u will earn rs 3 per successfully delivered message. i called the company and they told me that its company rules. then i said if its rules of company then i dont wanna break it. i don't need payment for job done till now ( i have proof that i have did the job without flaws ) just refund me the registration fees alone which they told that its refundable while joining and it is mentioned in the website also. they didn't respond me properly after this. now i have got a mail that its company policy that they will refund fees only after 180 days. they didn't specify this also while joining. i depended on this job for my fees which is due this week kindly make them to refund it within this week so that i can pay my fees
