Complaint Details
I am pursuing my MBA from ICFAI TRIPURA (DISTANCE LEARNING) my enrollment number is 6010020730861 . Issue is

I had send the below email : -

I have enrolled for MBA programme and currently I have enrolled for exam as below. I sincerely request you to allow me to change the date for my 18th Jan examination as I have been just informed from my company that I have to be to our Ahmedabad office from 16th Jan, 2014 to 25th Jan, 2014 as we have a schedule project launch. I with high expectation make this request as I wasn’t aware at the time of registration. I seriously do not want to waste my time and money as this is the last chance for me to clear as my appraisals are due and lot of depends on this examination.

Last month also I wasn’t able to appear for exam due to some personal reasons and I didn’t made a request to change as I was aware that it was my mistake. I have already lost the money for examination fee. This time for me the most important factor is time as I can’t afford to miss the examination cycle. I therefore request you to please consider it as an exception and allow me to reschedule the examination date of 18th Jan.

ON reply of the above email. ICFAI has denied any chances of changing date nor they would refund me the money. This clearly represents that they have this mechanism just to fool students. I choose to inform well before so that they can scehdule me in the available slots other than 18 Jan . As the exam registrations are now closed there is a chance they can reschedule my dates as there is no further exam registration happening.

I am filling this complaint becaue if they are not ready to reschedule the dates i would require them to refund me the Examination fees taken as i am not appearing for exams and this is being informed them well in advance.
