Complaint Details
On August 20, 2013 Calibration Technical Services purchased a Hand Operated Pump PHP-1000 which is faulty.

The problem is:

1. The Pump Is Not Creating Pressure Even 1 Bar.

I complained about this to you the day after we received the instrument and was told someone would call out and would do alternative action about the problem. Our personnel are always trying to reach one you from sales department but unfortunately you are all unreachable.

Our company want to reject the instrument and claim a replacement/refund.

Please respond to our complaint within 7 days.
